Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.00
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.00

  • International Shipping Rates and Estimates:

    • Standard International Shipping (10-20 business days): $25.00 EST
    • Expedited International Shipping (5-10 business days): $50.00 EST

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PG Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

PG Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
